Neil Szuch - Secretary

Neil is one of the founding members of the Junior Jets football and cheer program. A class of 2000 Airport Alum, he competed in football, wrestling and track & field. Over the past 18 years Neil coached several all-state wrestlers including all three Jet state champions. In addition to developing a reputation for running outstanding tournaments, he started and operated the Top Flight Wrestling Club through 2020. Neil lives in Carleton with his wife Virginia (Stein), son Cam, and daughter Millie. “Starting a one-stop organization for growing youth sports in this community was important to me. Sports provide great opportunities for children to set and achieve goals. Together we can build champions!”
